Warranty / Return Authorization for Repair


  1. Invoice Number must be supplied. Please retain the docket as proof of purchase for all exchanges, warranty claims and refunds
  2. If you are sending back memory that was purchased as a kit please send back all modules. 
  3. Please make sure all items are packaged in an appropriate manner. Eg. In antistatic bags. Goods with physical damage or damage caused by improper use will not be covered by warranty and the customer shall be liable for a handling and service fee. 
  4. Boxed AMD and Intel CPUs require the bundled heat sink and fan to be returned with the CPU for warranty to be covered. 
  5. Items tested not faulty may incur a service fee and freight costs (if applicable).
  6. DOA: Items will be deemed DOA if found faulty with 7 days of receipt by customer.  DOA items will be replaced immediately if stock is available otherwise will be repaired or replaced by the vendor.


Disclosure: AG Computers always takes diligent care in servicing all goods, however AG Computers has no liability whatsoever for any form of damage or loss of the aforementioned goods. AG Computers will not be responsible for any loss of data, and that it is the responsibility of the customer to backup any data which I believe to be important, valuable, or irreplaceable before bringing in any goods for servicing. Goods returned for credit or repair must be returned within 7(seven) days of receipt of RA number, no return for credit will be acceptable for more than (14) fourteen days from invoice date and must be in re-saleable condition. Any omissions on this form, or uncompleted fault descriptions may result in delays. Any goods returned for repair not found faulty or goods with physical damage caused by improper use will not be covered by warranty and the customer shall be liable for a handling and service fee. To ensure that the fault described can be tested all accessories (i.e.  AC adapters, remotes, CD's etc.) must be returned.
