We do not normally give refunds if you simple change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown.

Less than 10kg: $12.00 to all Australia locations
10kg - 15 kg: $15.00 to Brisbane, Ipswich, and Toowoomba
$20.00 to most of Darling Downs
